Twelve hundred years ago, master mage Enno Ozuno sealed the powerful demon Zenki in a temple pillar after defeating the evil goddess Karuma. In modern-day Shikigami-cho, Chiaki,Enno's descendant,performs exorcisms and welcomes tourists until thieves accidentally release a dark entity that corrupts them into demonic horrors. Now Chiaki must awaken her bloodline's hidden power and summon Zenki to save her town from the supernatural onslaught that follows.
